Sarah is a senior associate in Russell McVeagh's Banking and Finance team. She has experience across a broad range of banking and finance matters, with a focus on debt capital markets, structured finance and financial regulation.  Sarah also forms part of Russell McVeagh's climate change offering. 

Sarah advises on regulatory capital instruments, debt capital markets programmes and issuances, corporate finance programmes, facilities and issuances, and regulatory issues affecting banks and other financial institutions.  Sarah also advises climate reporting entities on the mandatory climate-related disclosures regime.

Sarah began her career at Russell McVeagh before moving to London, where she worked in Allen & Overy LLP's international capital markets group as a senior associate in the derivatives and structured finance team. She returned to the firm in 2021.
