Louise's transaction experience includes:

Advising NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) on the NZ$1 billion Northern Corridor Improvement Project in Auckland, including pre-hearing preparation of application materials and expert evidence for the designation and resource consent application, attendance as Junior Counsel at the Board of Inquiry hearing, attending mediation and resolving appeals, assistance with construction works agreements, and securing consents for a new bus station at Rosedale.
Advising NZTA on other major roading safety upgrade projects including the State Highway 20B project near Auckland Airport, State Highway 16 (stage 1), and the Rosedale Bus Station.
Advising large companies and Government organisations including Airbnb, NZTA, KiwiRail, Bathurst, private developers, Meridian Energy and Oceana Gold on multiple proposed district plans and national policy documents including drafting submissions, evidence and appeals, and attending Environment Court mediations and hearings.

Drafting and negotiating multiple stakeholder and utility agreements with CCOs and Government organisations for the Northern Corridor Improvements Project and the SH20B project including with Auckland Transport, Transpower, Vector, Watercare and Wiri Oil.
Advising Auckland Transport on the Lincoln Road Corridor Improvements Project, including the preparation of expert evidence, the preparation of legal submissions, and research.
Advising the Environment Protection Society on the Board of Inquiry application by Watercare to take water from the Waikato River.
Advising Wellington City Council on its draft district plan prior to public consultation, to ensure all relevant legal matters were appropriately considered and addressed in the draft.
Assisting Wellington Water with preparation of consent and NOR applications for a wastewater storage tank in Porirua.
Assisting Kristin School on a resource consenting matter including strategic advice and applications for cancellation of condition and certificate of compliance under the Resource Management Act 1991.
Assisting ASB and Auckland Theatre Company on submissions on the America’s Cup and Te Wero Bridge resource consents, including drafting submissions, strategic legal advice and attendance at Community Liaison Group meetings.
Assisting Oneroa Residents Group on a liquor licence application objection, including preparation of the objection notice and attendance at the District Licensing Committee hearing.
