Hamish is a Special Counsel in the firm’s South Island team, specialising in corporate, commercial, property transactions and advisory. He works closely with corporates, high-net-worth families and closely held companies, all from a variety of sectors and backgrounds. Hamish has worked a lot in large scale agribusiness projects.

With diverse experience spanning a number of practice areas, including acquisitions and disposals of businesses and real estate, leasing and subdivisions, financing and project funding, asset structuring and succession planning, Hamish engages with complex commercial and legal issues to deliver practical solutions to his clients.
