Russell McVeagh recently welcomed a senior member to its Corporate team in Auckland; Senior Associate Tom Gillespie.
Tom joins Russell McVeagh from another large New Zealand law firm and previously worked in Singapore for international law firm Linklaters. Tom has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and venture capital transactions.
