Russell McVeagh Environment and Planning partner and previous Board Chair Allison Arthur-Young has been profiled, alongside other global law firm leaders, in Chambers & Partners' inaugural DEI Global Report 2024 which highlights the most impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives transforming the legal profession globally.

Allison reflects on her experience, saying:
"In some spheres at the moment, DEI principles are facing resistance, but for me, ensuring everyone feels supported and included in the workplace is a no brainer: it fosters innovation, drives productivity, and makes a positive impact on people's lives."
