Russell McVeagh is a large commercial law firm, which is regarded by many as the leading law firm in New Zealand. The firm has offices in Wellington and Auckland, and employs over 300 staff.

We are currently looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Precedents and Legal Support Team in a new role as the Search, Registration and Legal Support Administrator.

This is a varied role, and no two days will ever be the same. The primary focus of the role will be to support our legal teams by providing accurate and timely search and registration services and maintaining our precedent database. The role will also provide support to our legal team and back-up support for the services department to ensure our mail, errand, and administrative requirements are met in a timely manner.

This is an ideal stepping-stone for someone looking to move into the corporate world, and a great opportunity to work in a busy yet supportive team. Previous administration experience would be an advantage, and a strong customer service focus is essential.
