About the role

This is a new role that will provide supervision and management to the Corporate Services team on a day-to-day basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the team provide professional, reliable, efficient and timely corporate services in relation to all operations at our Auckland office. 

This role will also be responsible for ensuring that the team provide the best client experience for our clients and our people when that are at our offices. 

About you

We're looking for someone with experience managing and developing a team who has:

  • Excellent time management, including the ability to prioritise work and accommodate last minute jobs
  • An excellent client service ethic
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A good eye for detail
