About the role
We're looking for someone who's proactive and friendly to join our Corporate Services Team. The Operations Coordinator will be primarily based on our client facing floor, and ensure that meeting rooms and video conferencing technology is appropriately set up.
You will also work with the wider Corporate Services Team to ensure that building administration and maintenance is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
This is a new, permanent role that will be based out of our Auckland office.
We're looking for someone with:
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- A strong client service ethic
- Good computer skills
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- A good level of fitness - as this position includes some moving, lifting and other labour intensive tasks.
