Legal Secretary

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Auckland office in the Property practice group. Working closely with a team of solicitors, including four Partners and two friendly and supportive Legal Secretaries.

Key responsibilities

The full range of legal secretarial services including:

  • Administrative activity
  • Diary management
  • File management
  • Billing
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the team

  • Impressive typing speed and accuracy
  • An innate ability to prioritise and communicate effectively
  • A positive and professional attitude
