About the role

We're recruiting for a Accounts Payable Administrator to join our fantastic Finance team. This is a hands on, busy role, processing the accounts payable functions across our Auckland and Wellington offices.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge and being part of a close-knit team.

This is a full time role, ideally working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility around start and finish times for the right applicant).


About you

We're looking for someone with 2 or more years experience in an accounts payable role with:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work quickly and methodically
  • Solid numeracy skills
  • The ability to prioritise and juggle several tasks at once
  • Effective communication skills
  • A pleasant, can-do attitude.
