Kate returned to New Zealand in October 2023 after spending a number of years working at Fieldfisher LLP in London as part of the Structured Finance team, where she advised on a broad range of structured transactions and financial services regulation.

Acting for Invesco in relation to its offer of crypto-currency backed certificates to authorised participants.
Negotiating fund swap documentation, including ISDA, MCA and CSA with a broker dealer counterparty.
Negotiating investment management agreements for a funds clients, including an Irish UCITS
